- REVISED ACTION NOTICE (FA150) AND ADVERSE ACTION NOTICE (FA510)
DISCUSSION:
The Action Notice (FA150) and Adverse Action Notice (FA510) are revised. A paragraph has been added for a rejected application or an adverse action to give the resource maximum for the Food Stamp and Temporary Assistance programs.
The Food Stamp paragraph reads: "Your countable resources of _______are more than the maximum of ________ for your Food Stamp household." The maximum amount will be $2,000, or $3,250.00 if any household member is age 60 or older or is disabled.
The Temporary Assistance paragraph reads: "Your countable resources of ________ are more than the maximum for the Temporary Assistance program. The resource limit is $1,000.00 for applicant families, and $5,000.00 for participant families who have entered into a self sufficiency pact."
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
