DISCUSSION:
The Temporary Assistance/Case Management sections above have been updated.
Section 0285.025.00 has been combined with Section 0285.020.00 and the language has been updated to clarify situations when a participant must be placed in conciliation by the Missouri Work Assistance (MWA) service providers and when conciliation can be ended by the MWA service providers.
Section 0290.020.00 has been updated to clarify the sanction referral process for the MWA service providers.
Section 0290.040.00 has been updated to provide additional information about the re-engagement process for MWA service providers.
All sections have been changed to update "recipients" to "participants".
