DISCUSSION:

Food Stamp Manual section 1120.010.00 APPLICATIONS MAILED TO THE OFFICE is revised to reflect policy introduced in Email memorandum IM-23 dated March 13, 2014 stating all unsigned applications received on or after March 1, 2014 will be returned to the customer with a Signature Request Letter.
