DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memorandum is to introduce the TAKE 10 Serving Limited English Proficient Customers as a required training on the Employee Learning Center (ELC) for Family Support Division Income Maintenance staff.
This TAKE 10 is currently available on the ELC. Income Maintenance staff must complete this training within 30 days of the date of this memorandum. The course title is TAKE 10: SERVING LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENT (LEP) CUSTOMERS. Staff can use the course search in the ELC using the course code FS000229 to find and start the course.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Complete the TAKE 10: SERVING LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENT (LEP) CUSTOMERS within 30 days from the date of this memorandum
