The purpose of this memo is to introduce the user guide INCORRECT OFFSET OF RESTORED FOOD STAMP BENEFITS. Use this guide when restored benefits issued on a WIBCA have been incorrectly offset. The user guide can be found in the FAMIS User Guides.
