DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memorandum is to introduce the revised Food Stamp manual section 1105.015.10.35 DISQUALIFIED FOR FELONY DRUG CONVICTION, and to introduce a new section 1105.015.10.35.10 Exceptions to Felony Drug Conviction Disqualification. The revision is not a change in policy. These sections reflect policy introduced by Income Maintenance memorandum IM-7 POLICY UPDATE TO DISQUALIFIED FOR DRUG FELONY CONVICTION dated January 15, 2015.
