Effective immediately forms IM-31B Your Rights as a Food Stamp Applicant/Participant and IM-31C Instructions for Making Your Food Stamp Application are obsolete.
Use IM-31F Instructions for Making Your Food Stamp Application/Food Stamp Rights in the place the IM-31B and IM-31C.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Use existing supplies of the IM-31B and IM-31C until depleted.
