DISCUSSION:
The Drug Conviction Exception Determination Worksheet (IM-366), Current Probation and Parole/Court Compliance Drug Conviction Exception Verification (IM-367) form, and the Discharged Parolee Drug Conviction Exception Verification (IM-368) form have all been added to the forms manual.
The Exception Determination Worksheet has been revised to include helpful notes to assist in the completion of the form.
