REVISED IM-3TADRUG NOTICE

DISCUSSION:

This memorandum is to notify staff of the revision to the IM-3TADRUG Notice.

Senate Bill (SB) 680 passed during the 2014 legislative session removed the automated hearing requirement. The regulation changing the hearing requirements, 13 CSR 40-2.440, becomes effective April 30, 2015. The notice has been updated to state the TA applicant must request a hearing if not in compliance with the TA drug testing requirements.

The revised form can be printed from the Forms Manual on the Family Support Division intranet.

Begin using the revised IM-3TADRUG immediately. Destroy all forms with a revision date earlier than April 2015.
