DISCUSSION:
This memorandum is issued to inform staff of terminology updates throughout the Adult MO HealthNet Income Maintenance Manuals. In accordance with changes to RSMo 208.215 and 208.275 from HB 1064 (2014), all references to mental retardation have been changed to intellectual disability. There is no change in policy.

- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
