DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memo is to inform staff that policy has been updated for clarification.
The policy now identifies forms that must be included when requesting MRT to evaluate an individual who is identified as an ABAWD but is claiming a disability.
The policy also gives clarification regarding the statement of obvious disability.

- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
