DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memorandum is to inform staff Appendix L - Temporary Assistance Sanction Amounts is revised.
Due to implementation of the Strengthening Missouri Families Act (Senate Bill 24), a column has been added displaying the 50% sanction amount and the new TA grant with this sanction.
The Family Assistance Management Information System (FAMIS) automatically reduces the TA grant based upon the type of sanction open on the Sanction/Disqualification (FMAM/SANDISQ) screen.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
