DISCUSSION:
Begin using the updated IM-31F effective 06-21-2016. This update informs Food Stamp applicants about common verifications needed by FSD for faster service.
The IM-31F is available on the internet, intranet, FSD offices and the Notice of Expiration (FA-520).
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Order the updated IM-31Ffrom the DSS Warehouse to prepare for this change
