DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memorandum is to introduce the manual revisions regarding homeless exemption for ABAWD. If an individual claims to be homeless, exempt them from the work/ training requirement for ABAWD. Code them with the appropriate exemption code on the EMPLOY screen. If nothing else applies, use code 15.
