1120.005.05 Food Stamp Program Explanation
DISCUSSION:
The Food Stamp Program Explanation policy has been revised to remove references to the following brochures:
- IM-4 Eat for Health
- IM-3 EBT
The brochures are now obsolete for the Food Stamp program. The IM-4 Eat for Health became obsolete with the introduction of IM Email #53 on September 13, 2016. The IM-3EBT is now obsolete for Food Stamp applications as this information is included in the most current version of the FS-1 (09-16).
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Staff are no longer required to provide the IM-4 Eat for Health or IM-3 EBT to Food Stamp applicants.
