DISCUSSION:
Effective January 1, 2017, the Maximum Monthly Maintenance Standard and the minimum and maximum spousal share amounts are in increased.
MAINTENANCE STANDARDS
The new Maximum Monthly Maintenance Standard is $3023.
The Minimum Monthly Maintenance Standard of $2003.00 was announced in Memo IM-38 INCREASE IN VENDOR MINIMUM MONTHLY MAINTENANCE STANDARDS AND SHELTER STANDARDS ADJUSTMENTS IN VENDOR dated June 20, 2016
SPOUSAL SHARE
The new minimum spousal share is $24,180.00. The new maximum spousal share is $120,900.00. Both are effective for any assessment completed on or after January 1, 2017.
