DISCUSSION:
The Spend Down Notification IM-29(SPND) has been revised. The revised form is now titled Spend Down Notice IM-29(SPND) and has a revision date of 12/16.
The notice has been simplified to make it more understandable for the participant.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Begin using the revised Spend Down Notice immediately.
- Do not use IM-29(SPND) with revision date prior to 12/16 effective with this memorandum.
