DISCUSSION:
The 1619 threshold amount announced in memorandum IM-21 dated 2/23/17 was incorrect. The correct monthly threshold amount established by the Social Security Administration (SSA) is $3069, effective January 1, 2017.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
