DISCUSSION:
The purpose of this memo is to inform staff about policy updates that clarify ABAWD policy and align State policy with Federal regulations.
- Required to care for ill or incapacitated exemption (code 09) no longer specifies the person requiring care must be an EU member.
- Volunteer work and Employment and Training known as Skillup were clarified as complying with work requirements.
