DISCUSSION:
Due to the recent Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) Program Access Review (PAR) the IM-31F in English and Spanish has been revised. The following statement was added:
- If you have applied for other types of assistance (Temporary Assistance, Medical etc.) and have been denied you may still be eligible for Food Stamps.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
