DISCUSSION:
Due to Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) Program Access Review (PAR) of Missouri’s Food Stamp Program the above manual revisions have been updated with wording clarification. The following changes have been made:
1102.015.30 now includes using Bendex as a way to verify Identity
1125.010.05 now clarifies the age limits for ABAWDs is 18-49
1125.017.00 now clarifies next business day means
1125.020.00 now clarifies Date of Discovery is and the 7th day processing time frames is.
NECESSARY ACTION:
Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
