DISCUSSION:
Food Stamp Manual section 1115.035.10 has been updated to clarify FNS Final Rule that states dependent care expenses can be allowed for children under the age of 18 years or adults of any age who are incapacitated.
Food Stamp Manual section 1120.045.25 has been updated to clarify FNS Final Rule that states, home based interviews must be requested by the household and the household must meet hardship criteria.
