DISCUSSION:
Clarification has been added to the Family MO HealthNet (MAGI) manual section regarding women who apply for MO HealthNet for Pregnant Women after the termination of their pregnancy.
These women are NOT eligible for Extended Women’s Health Services (EWHS) and staff must complete an ex parte review to determine eligibility for another MO HealthNet program.
NECESSARY ACTION:
Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
