DISCUSSION:
Clarification regarding the reasonable opportunity period for MAGI programs has been added to section 1805.000.05 Reasonable Opportunity to include that if a participant does not have a Social Security Number or proof of citizenship at the time of application, staff may approve the application and provide a 90 day reasonable opportunity period for both citizenship and SSN concurrently once proof of application for SSN has been received.
