- TERMINATION OF THE CALL CENTER FOOD STAMP INTERVIEW EMAIL
DISCUSSION:
Effective July 1, 2017, the Call Center Food Stamp (FS) interview email will be disabled. Resource Centers will send interview packets from walk-in clients (who did not apply on a Public Access Workstation [PAW]) to the Work Site and ECM.
The Resource Center Staff will immediately:
- Scan the FS-1 and copies of all documentation provided by the client to themselves.
- Run the required screens (IMES, IIVE, Work Number, etc.) using PDF Creator.
- Merge the above documents
- Send to the Work Site/ECM and Index
The Call Center Interview Team (Tier 3) will:
- Retrieve the documents from the Work Site/ECM to complete the interview.
NOTE: PAWs interview procedures are not changing and can still be found in the guides on the Web App Home Page.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
