CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT

DISCUSSION:

DSS Administrative Policies 5-103 and 6-100 require all DSS employees to execute a DSS Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement.  The Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement is now available in the Employee Learning Center (ELC).

The Course is titled DSS CONFIDENTIALITY AND INFORMATION SECURITY AGREEMENT and is course code HR000294.  This course takes approximately fifteen minutes to complete.  Prior to beginning the course make sure there is adequate time to complete it.

This document provides important information regarding safeguarding confidential information.  Each Family Support Division, Income Maintenance employee must take this training annually and acknowledge that they have read and understand the importance of safeguarding confidential information. The ELC will track compliance with this requirement and notify supervisors and managers of any individuals who need to complete this training.
