DISCUSSION:
This memo is to introduce staff to the new IM-4 Food Assistance brochure. This brochure is available in English, Spanish and Large Print. The new version has been written and formatted so it is easier for customers to learn about basic program requirements as well as options they have if they need to contact FSD. The form is located in the Forms Manual (Volume 1) and is also available at the E-store.

- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
