DISCUSSION:
Clarification regarding eligibility and verification for Family MO HealthNet (MAGI) programs has been added to section 1805.000.00 ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION. The following criteria have been added:
- Gender
- The Family and Legal Relationships of Each Individual Who Resides with the Participant(s)
- Expected Tax Filing Status and Tax Dependents
- Active Health Insurance Coverage through an Employer or Private Insurer
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
