DISCUSSION:
This memorandum introduces a revision surrounding the Uninsured Women’s Health Services (UWHS) program. Section 1870.005.00 LEGAL BASIS has been updated in the Family Healthcare (MAGI) manual to reflect that the program is now entirely funded from Missouri’s general revenue rather than through the 1115 Waiver program. The coverage, program eligibility requirements, and application processing procedures have not changed.
