DISCUSSION:
This memorandum provides an update to the MAGI policy manual on the projections of MAGI.
The following revisions have been made to section 1805.030.25.05 Projection of MAGI:
- Lump sum payments should be entered as actual income in the month received.
- Scenarios on how to apply an actual budget were removed for instances of: month of application and month in which income will not continue as a projection of income. These scenarios can vary depending on the specific situation and worker discretion is required.
NOTE: When additional clarification is required on a case specific scenario, please send them on an IM-14 to FSD.IM14@dss.mo.gov.

- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
