Policy regarding eligibility changes and the effective dates of change has been clarified in manual section 0840.010.00 Changes in Circumstances. This is not a change in policy.
Clarification includes:
- When a change must be reported
- Effective dates for changes in coverage
- When an adverse action notice is required
- Steps to take when FAMIS does not issue the correct information on the notice
