DISCUSSION:
The name of the MHD Premium Collections Unit has been changed to the Stakeholder Services Unit. The Stakeholder Services Unit handles invoicing, payments, and payment questions regarding Spenddown and CHIP premiums. Participants being referred to the Stakeholder Services Unit should be given their new contact phone number: 800-392-2161. Sections in the Family HealthCare Manual – MAGI and in the MO HealthNet for the Aged, Blind, or Disabled manual have been updated to reflect this change.
