DISCUSSION:
The 2018 COLA adjustment was completed the weekend of December 9, 2017. Adverse action notices for all programs are dated December 11, 2017, and will expire December 21, 2017. All other action notices for all programs will be dated December 28, 2017.
The Authorized Representative Cover letter (AR-100) which will accompany the MO HealthNet for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled actions notices (FA-460) for single person households with a designated authorized representatives (AR) will be dated 12/11/17. These will be mailed December 28, 2018. This could create some confusion for the AR receiving these notices. Staff should be aware of this as they may be contacted by ARs who are concerned about the dates on the notices.

- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
