IM-104  08/12/99  Form IM-107 Expedited Service Screening Review Form


SUBJECT:
FORM IM-107, EXPEDITED SERVICE SCREENING REVIEW FORM
 
DISCUSSION:
County supervisory and Area Office staff have been responsible for completing the IM-107, Expedited Service Screening Review Form, for non-expedited cases. After completion, a copy of this form was forwarded to State Office.  Effective immediately, it is no longer necessary to forward a copy of the IM-107 to State Office.

County and Area Office staff are responsible for developing and monitoring corrective action plans deemed necessary to assure compliance with expedited service screening criteria.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Discontinue sending a copy of the IM-107 to State Office.

    •  
  • Develop and monitor corrective action plans as needed.
