| Attached are samples of the Well Children
Checkup Poster for 1999. The new versions include a statement about
the Healthy Children and Youth (HCY) exam for MC+ and Medicaid eligible
children. These posters were produced by the Department of Health
(DOH) as part of a program to increase preventive health screening (HCY)
exams for eligible children.
DOH will mail a set of posters to each DFS office following the receipt of this memorandum. Display these posters in a place easily viewed by the public. Call Terry Weston, DOH, at 1-800-TEL-LINK (1-800-835-5465) if you would like additional large or small posters. The large posters measure approximately 24 inches wide and 30 inches high. The small posters are legal size and perfect for display in interviewing cubicles. |
