| The FUTURES System Code Sheet dated February
1995 is being revised to reflect data entry changes in the JOBS system. 
The new Case Management Code Sheet includes additional codes, changes in
code meanings, and removal of codes. Following is an explanation of changes
made in each section of the code sheet.
