NOTICES OF MC+ LEVEL OF CARE CHANGE DUE TO FPL INCREASE
 
DISCUSSION:
Effective April 1, 1999, the Federal Poverty Levels were raised to offset the federal cost of living increase.  MC+ customers whose children's level of care changed due to the increase will be receiving a letter informing them of the change to their MC+ coverage. Samples of the letters generated by state office are attached to this memorandum.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Share memorandum with all appropriate staff.
