DISCUSSION:
The IM-31A instructions have been revised.  Retain a copy of the IM-31A requesting verification throughout the current certification period or reinvestigation.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Discuss this memorandum with appropriate staff.

  • Retain a copy of the IM-31A in the case record until the end of the current certification period or reinvestigation.

    •  
  • File the IM-31A instructions in the forms manual.
