participants to voluntarily repay claims and overissuances from Electronic
Benefit Transfer (EBT) accounts. This process is called Voluntary
Repayment. Participants will complete and sign a form requesting
county office staff remove a specific amount of benefits from the Temporary
Assistance and/or Food Stamp EBT account balance.

The security level assigned to these individuals includes access to the Transaction History Screen and the ability to cancel and reissue cards. This security level is equivalent to a level 4. Level 4 staff will not automatically have access to do Voluntary Repayment. Jackson County, St. Louis County, and St. Louis City should designate three county office staff members to process Voluntary Repayment requests.
