DISCUSSION:
The IM-4EBT pamphlet, Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT), is revised to reflect current EBT policy.  The IM-4EBT is used by staff during the application interview to explain EBT procedures to new applicants.  It can also be used to assist current participants who need additional information about EBT.

Use the current supply of IM-4EBT pamphlets until depleted.  Request the revised pamphlets through normal procedures when the old pamphlets are depleted.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.

  • File a copy of the IM-4EBT form and instructions in the Forms Manual.
