"AND JUSTICE FOR ALL" POSTER
 
DISCUSSION:
USDA has determined the poster, "And Justice For All", is inappropriate for Food and Nutrition Service administered assistance programs.  Some of the language has been removed from the Non-Discrimination Statement making the poster obsolete.  USDA requested the posters be removed from the public waiting area and destroyed.  Please comply with this request.

USDA is revising the poster and it will be distributed to county offices when it is received.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Discuss this memorandum with all appropriate staff.

    •  
  • Remove and destroy the poster "And Justice For All".
