DISCUSSION:
Since the implementation of EBT, the ATP option is no longer applicable.  The ATP option portion of field 20 is removed from the FSU5 data entry screen.

We are no longer gathering displaced homemaker information.  Field 41 does not appear on the FSU5 individual update screen.

Staff can no longer make an entry in either of these fields in the FSU5 system.  The revised IM-105 will also reflect these changes.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
