The Hand-Up Program’s designated staff must maintain a record of:
The participant’s date and verification of ineligibility for Child Care Assistance based on income and family size,The participant’s application for the Hand-Up Pilot Program,Calculation of the participant’s premiums, andThe amount of taxes paid by each participant (pay stubs showing taxes withheld or other documentation showing taxes paid for applicable period) while participating in the Hand-Up Pilot Program.
