In June of 2014, the Missouri Legislature passed Senate Bill 680 affecting all participants receiving Temporary Assistance (TA) cash benefits. TA cash benefits will be suspended if the participant’s Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card has not been used in the State of Missouri within a 90-day timeframe.
