0915.015.00 Notification Requirements on MAF Support Closings – OBSOLETE

On the advance notice that advises the recipient of the discontinuance of the MAF, advise the recipient of the following:

  1. that MC+ healthcare coverage continues;
  2. of the date MC+ healthcare coverage will end, and
  3. (that the claimant has the right to request a pre- termination hearing on the discontinuance of MC+ healthcare coverage, within the time limits specified for the MAF assistance.
