Advise pregnant women, parents of newborns, and parents with children under the age of six, of the availability of case management services. If an applicant or recipient is interested in case management services and has not already been referred by a hospital or physician, refer to the listing of case managers available in each county. Provide the claimant with the name and address of the appropriate case manager.
