Food stamp benefits may be pulled for adjustments up to 5:00 p.m. two days prior to the availability date. Prior to pulling benefits, follow adverse action notice procedures (see 1140.025.05 Advance Notice of Adverse Action). Food stamp benefits for cases closed two or more days prior to the availability date are canceled as a result of the case closing.
