The legal basis for administering the Blind Pension (BP) program is set out in RSMo 209.010. The determination of eligibility of individuals for the program is set out in RSMo 209.030 and RSMo 209.040. Benefits are not payable to a blind person who is eligible to receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
