The Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment (BCCT) MO HealthNet Application (IM-1BC) has screening questions to determine if the individual may be eligible for MHN benefits in other categories. If the IM-1BC indicates the individual may be eligible for another category, send an MHN application. Request the individual complete, sign and return the application. Do not delay approval of BCCT while waiting on the other application. If the individual is determined eligible for another MHN program (other than MHN Spend Down) after the BCCT approval, end the BCCT eligibility and approve other coverage on the same day.
