Section 208.040 RSMo states MAF may be granted to children living with their father, mother, grandfather, grandmother, brother, sister, stepfather, stepmother, stepbrother, stepsister, uncle, aunt, first cousin, nephew or niece. Section 208.043 RSMo states MAF may also be granted when the child is living with a legal guardian. Regulation 40-2.060 provides further clarification for determining eligible relationships.
